| Picture Items in the order form & price page may vary. You may not receive the same exact equipment that is in the Picture. We have different models and styles. Condition of Equipment when Returned. Please return the equipment in the same condition it was delivered to you. Please wipe down all equipment. If you have a water hose at your disposal, please hose down the sand chairs, wagons, and umbrellas. Delivery and Pickup Times. We will deliver the equipment and linens to your rental property on the afternoon of your arrival date between 2 p.m. and 8 p. m. We can not guarantee a delivery time. We will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. We will pick up all equipment and linens in the morning of your departure date between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. We ask that all equipment and linens are placed outside your unit by 9 a.m. for pickup. Please do not lock it in the house. If customer leaves equipment and linens inside the house on the day of departure, there will be a $15 charge to pick up the key from the realtor. If you need to extend your rental period, please call us in advance. We cannot guarantee the availability of the equipment without advanced notification. Please count all linens before leaving. There will be a replacement fee for anything missing or damaged in your order. There are no refunds after order is delivered. Scooter Rentals. Scooters have a two day rental minimum. In order to reserve your scooter in advance: 1. Call to make sure the dates you want are available. 2. Send a fifty dollar deposit, which will be taken off of your balance, to hold your reservation. Scooter rental deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to rental. No refunds will be given for unused day(s)/early pick-up or no shows – no exceptions. Payment. We accept Cash and Checks. Cash payment is to be paid at the time of delivery. If by chance you are not home when we deliver, we ask that you stop by the store the next business day to make payment. If you are sending a check it please send it two weeks prior to give it time to clear. |
